TREVIK

TREVIK — Terms of Use

T-01 — Operator, notice and agreement

TREVIK is a free Android application operated by Ibrahim Abu Naser, an individual in Nazareth, Israel. SORLANE is a brand only; it is not a company or contracting party. These Terms govern only after they are brought to you with reasonable notice and you agree to them. Artifact #7 does not display these Terms or record agreement, and the Operator does not represent that mere use without reasonable notice creates recorded consent.

T-02 — Eligibility and territory

The App is intended for people aged 18 or older using it in Israel. It is not directed to minors. The current App has no age-verification step. V1 is Android-only.

T-03 — What the App does

The App is an on-device personal-finance decision aid. From information you enter and reference data bundled with the App, it can compare cards you say you own; estimate purchase affordability, fees, foreign exchange and timing; show one of four affordability states; recommend a supported owned card with reasons and a runner-up; assess an installment proposal; and maintain local plans, commitments and reminders. The affordability state, card recommendation and installment indication are separate outputs.

T-04 — What the App does not do

The App is not a bank, issuer, lender, credit bureau, investment adviser, portfolio manager or payment-service provider. It does not connect to a bank account, use Open Banking, obtain banking credentials or transaction feeds, initiate or execute payments, hold money, grant credit, decide eligibility, create a statutory credit score, or advise on securities or financial assets.

T-05 — Your inputs

Results depend on manual inputs such as income, optional balance, limits, billing dates, commitments, fees and purchase details. You must review and keep them current. Do not enter full card numbers, CVV codes, online-banking credentials, government identifiers, or information the App does not request.

T-06 — Meaning of results

Every result is decision support, not a guarantee, quote, approval or instruction. “Best card” means the highest-ranked supported card among cards you entered as owned for that scenario, not the best card in Israel. A fit score is not a credit score. Unknown, stale or conflicting data may reduce confidence, produce a conservative value, or suppress a comparison. Check material fees, deadlines and eligibility with the institution.

T-07 — Independence

V1 has no affiliate links, referral fees, sponsorship, paid placement or compensation variable in ranking. Third-party names are text identifiers only. No third-party logo or card artwork is included. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, approval or partnership.

T-08 — Local storage, security and export

The financial vault is encrypted and stored locally. The Operator has no server copy and no remote access. Device biometrics, if enabled, are handled by the operating system; the App does not receive the biometric template. Export and import are available. An export uses a passphrase of at least 12 code points; the passphrase is not stored or recoverable. You choose where an encrypted export goes, and once outside the App it is outside the App’s protection.

T-09 — Full Reset

Full Reset permanently removes the local vault, user-related data and settings, and local PIN/key material. It does not remove the language preference, bundled reference data, platform records, support messages, or any export stored elsewhere. Full Reset cannot be undone.

T-10 — Notifications

Notifications are local and operational; there is no remote push or marketing. Three of four reminder types are in Hebrew regardless of App language. Discount-expiry, billing-day and per-card annual reminders include the card’s last four digits and may be visible on the lock screen. Adjust device settings or disable reminders if that is unsuitable.

T-11 — Reference data and links

The App makes no app-initiated network request to operate. Reference data, including foreign-exchange snapshots, is bundled with source and source-check date. Corrections require an App update. A user-initiated external link or telephone action leaves the App and is handled by the browser, telephone service or destination under its own rules.

T-12 — Analytics and local diagnostics

V1 sends no analytics, crash reports or telemetry. Operational error information is reported to the device console, as described in the Privacy Policy; the App does not retain a separate local error log. Any future external telemetry requires a separate product decision, updated notice and any consent required before transmission.

T-13 — Acceptable use

Use the App personally and lawfully. Do not interfere with security or operation, introduce malware, commit fraud, imply affiliation, violate rights, or automate extraction in breach of law or applicable rights. This does not restrict conduct that mandatory law permits.

T-14 — Intellectual property

Original software, text, interface and assets are owned by or licensed to the Operator, subject to open-source and third-party rights. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App. TREVIK and SORLANE are used as brand names; no statement here represents that either is registered or professionally cleared.

T-15 — Availability and changes

The Operator aims to use reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. An update, dataset withdrawal or version restriction may be used for security, accuracy, law or maintenance. A material reduction will not be described as an improvement, and reasonable notice will be given where practicable.

T-16 — Responsibility and liability

Nothing excludes or limits liability that law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, unlawful privacy intrusion, death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful. The Operator remains responsible for reasonable care and accurate description of intended operation. Subject to mandatory law, the Operator is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate user inputs, independent device or third-party failure, or third-party changes outside the Operator’s control, except to the extent the Operator’s breach or negligence caused the loss. Questions of causation, foreseeability, mitigation and remedy remain governed by law. No arbitrary damages cap applies.

T-17 — Ending use and backup

You may stop at any time and use Full Reset before uninstalling. Build configuration excludes the encrypted vault, key material and reference database from Android backup and device transfer, while ordinary preferences may be included. This configuration has not yet been verified on a physical device. Exports stored elsewhere are unaffected.

T-18 — Changes to Terms

A new version will identify its date and receive reasonable notice. Renewed agreement will be requested where law or the nature of a material change requires it. A policy update alone cannot activate a paid, networked, telemetry, banking, payment, credit-data, investment, cloud, location or AI-import feature.

T-19 — Law and disputes

Israeli law governs. A claim may be brought in any court competent under applicable law. Nothing restricts mandatory jurisdiction, access to a regulator, a consumer right, limitation period or remedy. Contacting support before a claim is optional.

T-20 — Languages

Hebrew, Arabic and English versions are intended to be equivalent. No language is made subordinate. Until a material inconsistency is corrected, it will not be used against a consumer who reasonably relied on the version presented in that language.
